Idk bags. Im not a huge Cruz fan either but the man does have skills and its not like he runs away from the fight for 15-25mins. He still throws. Just very evasive in his stand up. I think Cruz/Barrao would have been good for sure. Better then watching Uriah get the shit kicked out of his lead leg anyway

He made weight yesterday, and I think he's only missed weight twice (not recently, though)

I can only guess that since he won his fights, he was able to apologize and do some negotiating with his contract. Anthony Johnson was let go b/c he missed weight in two weight classes. His last fight was at a catchweight of 197 (supposed to be 185), which he lost against Vitor. He now fights at 205 and is being considered for a return to the UFC.

Depends on how much $ people are willing to pay to watch you fight. No one likes a boring ass winner (jake shields) but will pay to watch an exciting loser (lenard garcia). Also depends on how many waves u cause. Dana loves dudes that say YES to him all the time lol

I dont think it was early and i think every stoppage is early lol. Herb gave him a great chance early on to recover and he did. Then the second knockdown all he did was hold Rennans leg and cover his head. He knows the rules, you cant just turtle and stay stationary like that. Was he getting hurt? Nope. But he did it to himself by turtling like that (GOTTA MOVE!!hear that shit every damn fight)Upsetting way to end a potentionally good fight

After 169, I'm a careful optimist with regards to Overeems path to the belt. He showed that he has actually learned, gained some cardio and managed to pace himself. His gameplan was sound and he took a few shots without problems.
That said, Mir was a bad test for him, he needs to face better competition before I can clear him!

Fuck ya. Varner/Trujilo wasnt verly technical lol but a blast to watch. Love how varner always shows up to bang. Too bad he got iced like that tho. The rest was pretty sad
