@Qinhan - Hard Graft do some really nice cases for tech. They're not cheap, and tend to be made from leather and wool felt.

@Megatron1505 - I might head over for Bread and Button. Trail and Arrow was trying to convince me recently.

Recommendations for a sleek toed Chelsea boot?

Comically expensive, but I really love this one: http://www.acrnm.com/collections/3rdarm/products/3a-11ts
The Bagjack version of this is essentially the same as the acronym version except it doesn't have the Molle webbing, it's made from cordura rather than xpac and it's a lot cheaper. Would def recommend it (Bagjack make the acronym bags). I have handled both and although the acronym one is more aesthetically pleasing, it does not justify the price difference.
You will need to check whether or not the iPad Air fits, as my understanding is that it's thinner than previous iterations.
Here's a pic of my iPad 2 in its Bagjack case. It rotates in the holster whilst wearing so you don't need to take it off to rotate the iPad as the circdisc allows the case to rotate. You can also wear it under a coat and wear it so that the iPad is either tucked under your arm or up into the small of your back. I would def recommend it.

@cutlasshound do Bagjack make a messenger with the fast adjustable strap? I couldn't find one.

Do you mean like the acronym qlr system? I would argue that that the Bagjack 3 point strap system is reasonably quick release (you pull a d-ring to loosen) although nowhere near as slick as the system they designed for acronym.
If you're in the market for a messenger I would highly recommend checking out bedouin foundry (their Barbary messenger got an excellent review at carryology.com and I own the Genghis). Excellent construction, austrialpin cobra buckles and a lifetime guarantee. Very comfortable although the rhino wax canvas does get a bit hot to wear. Also you should look at trakke if you're interested.

How does Rm Williams sizing run?
Found a pair on eBay in my usual size 12 boot size and wondering if they would work. -
Thanks cutlass; my obsessiveness got the best of me and a 3A-1 lands soon. Because I "needed" it.

Found a pair on eBay in my usual size 12 boot size and wondering if they would work.I wear sz "9+ G" in RM Williams (9.5 E real world size). They fit me the same as my US9.5 road champs and IHVB-03's @ UK8.5E. True size in other words.
