The excellent customer service provided by IHUK has made us all spoilt bitches, I've been trying to buy something from somewhere else for almost a week now and the places I have emailed simply don't respond.

Totally spoiled. I bought a MC part and then see 8-10 business days before they even ship! WTF

When I swam across the Solent a week ago, I was assigned a guy called Phil as my Kayaker. I had not met Phil before and although we were pretty close together for a few hours, we hardly struck up a meaningful conversation, but I had an idea he was quite special and I did think I liked him. So we invited him and his wife over for dinner last night.
He is an extraordinary man and it came out, as things sometimes do in general conversation, that he has had Multiple Sclerosis for 10 year.
I give you an excerpt from his Blog:

Inspirational G, speaking as someone who spent a long time awaiting an MS diagnosis (which was fortunately proved not to be MS), I can only salute this mans attitude.

Wearing the IHSH-64 for the first time this year and it's like a long lost friend. I forgot the raw awesomeness of this shirt. It was cold this morning and I didn't need a jacket. It warmed up and I'm still comfortable.
I remember someone acquired one a while back and wasn't impressed with it, thought the fabric was disappointing. I don't see how such disappointment is possible with this dense and beautiful son of a bitch.

I mentioned that I'm moving to Denver recently. Today I received and accepted the offer. I've never been happier!

So happy for you!!
When I was there a couple years ago I stumbled upon a restaurant called Euclid Hall. Go there as soon as you can and get the Duck Duck Goose Poutine. You can thank me later. (It's the restaurant that all the local chefs hang out at, if that tells you anything)

Nice, will do!
