IH-666SII - 18oz Indigo/Indigo Slim Cut Jean
-
@private:
Im on the market for a new pair, and debating between these, and the SEXIH22-301S . Which would you all pick ? I want semi slim, but don't want tight tight. I ride a bike and motorcycle, wear boots most often, but don't like my boots draped over by the cuff. Also which will get better fades?
How you want your denim to fade is very individual, and this indigo/indigo is new so you don't know how it will fade. I have this denim in the 634 version, and i really like it. What i can surely tell you is that this denim fades really fast and is beautifully dark and smooth. Very little leg twist (some people like leg twist, some dont). Since this denim is very "clean/flat", and the weft is also indigo it will look dirty quicker than normal denim with white weft, so if you plan to wash rarely or never to obtain hard contrast fading, and dont like the trucker look, this is not the denim to choose. Dont know the SEXIH22-301s, but it also looks interesting with the grey weft. Enjoy

I have the SEXIH22-301S in 33 and the SEXIH22-633S in 32 and at one time had 666S & 301S in 31
I am a 32 waist, but since the 22's are unsanfornized I sized up on the slimmer fit. I have to say hands down the 22-301S is my favorite fit, a little looser than the regular 301's and the rise isn't as high. I would def go w/ the 22-301S and size up one. For me the thigh is a little too tight and the leg opening a little too big w/ 666S, especially if you wear your jeans tucked into your boots…....
..............the 22-633S are a mess :-\ , i hate the fit...... -
I am usually a size 34 in the 666 cuts but it looks like people are sizing down on these. Also, looks like the waist stretches back pretty fast. Any advice? How much shrinking do people get post-soak in the thigh area? I need at least 12'' in the thigh in order to make a size 33 work. Thanks!

I dont have these but my guess is that u will only lose .2"- .3" at the most in the thigh
-
Shocking as it is I only actually own 1 pair of Iron Heart jeans (Ihave wabash pants, shirts, boots, jacket, tee's etc..). I am pretty sure that these will be my next pair of jeans.

Can I be an arsehole and ask for measurements of front and back rise @Danny RnH Cheers mate!..

@Seul That only qualifies as being an arsehole if we have 20 pairs in that size and you want us to measure every one to find a 0.00000cm difference. Your request, based on 1 in stock, is not even remotely annoying. Better luck next time
We'll measure this tomorrow and send a reply early afternoon.

Lovely pair!
-
i'm a fan of the left butt check ??? the blue thread looks dope from the start while the goldenrod or whatever it's called looks a little loud starting out.
either way great stuff
-
I also always prefered the blue thread, but that's decided.
-
Thirded on the blue.
-
I think it would look good with blue arcs and everything else gold
-
It's all academic though as they have gold arcs, which still look great and will not put me off buying pair for the amazing denim
