Sugar Cane

I HAD to pull the trigger on those, which, for some reason, had been making me salivate for quite a while now. They are quite quite nice. And a nice addition to my non IH collection. The only trouble is, when you catch the IH fever, it's so freaking hard to let yourself find a reason to wear pants by other brands however beautiful their jeans may be… Oh well, at 14oz, they'll be nice Summer pants, I guess.

I wear the 2009 Sugar Cane model from Self Edge, i really dig em… they are pretty slubby and my lightest dry denim.

^Have been interested in a pair of "slack" denim for a while (SC40601), but cannot seem to find much info on the cut and the sizing: so which other cut can I compare these with? Also: anyone out there wearing a size 33 or 34 care to post some measurements of their worn pair? Thanks.

Size 33 Okinawa's chainstitched to a 30" inseam - 14 days into:
Hard to compare these to other jeans that I wear….maybe the Skull jeans 5000XX looser fit, more room in hip and as injunjack said...these ride high on the waist. You need not worry about plumber crack.

Beats, your dad is adorable !
Me:
"iDon't" Windows shirt
Tanner belt W34 (my nephews have adopted my IH belt)
SC Okinawa W30
Dansko professional oiled clogs sz 37NI don't think Sugar Cane Okinawas are appreciated enough. They do have a sort of boxy, shapeless fit which takes some getting used to (they're an anti-Beatle Busters, anti-IH301S, and anti-666 model). But I love them !

Around month # 8 into my second spell(5 months solid) wearing my Okinawa's and there is going to be tears from me when i finally get round to rotating them.
