it was the first attempt [the underground material didn't work out]
of a gouache painting i did for a friend of mine
who is a big alf fan and runs a remarkable whisky shop,
which in the first draft looked like this:

In my mind Alf was trying to subvert the Ducktales, he'd spiked the drinks, and when he was caught, he had to be executed. The Ducktales must continue.
