RE: Wabbidashery… aka, The Heritage Heaven Tour
The tour-chore has arrived!! Thank you so much for all the goodies, @endo. There will be quality anti-fascist stickers popping up all over this town
The jacket fits me much better than I expected! It’s warming up a bit, but I should be able to get lots of good use out of it during March and the beginning of April in Asheville.
I’m at work today. For this of you who don’t know, I’m a youth services librarian at the public library. The fit pic is me standing next to our kid’s graphic novels.

RE: Wabbidashery… aka, The Heritage Heaven Tour
Got a sweetheart deal on some VIP dugout seats at the Asheville Tourists baseball game tonight! Our friend was trying to ditch her seats last minute and Marcia scooped them up for us. It was admittedly freezing and the Tourists were getting beaten badly, so we left in the 8th inning. Still a blast!

RE: Wabbidashery… aka, The Heritage Heaven Tour
Glad to have you along! Mornings in my house consist of mainlinibg coffee and remembering how to speak English. There’s also a fair amount of jockeying for lap space amongst our various animal friends. Today Manolo was the big winner, but not without having to be lifted onto the couch. He has little dog steps, but is lazy and doesn’t want to use them when he knows he can get what he wants.
Our backyard isn’t really springing out yet, maybe by the end of my leg some of the azaleas will be blooming.
Back at work again. Here’s my desk, which is buried in piles of books and toys at all times.

It’s soooo nice! Maybe the reboot could have lined patch pockets with no flaps, like the regular n1? While we’re dreaming

RE: Random questions to which you seek an answer
IB has a black weft and indigo warp thread in the fabric. XHS is your standard white/cream weft.

RE: IHSH-397-IND - 21oz Sashiko Work Shirt - Indigo
I mean I just turn it inside out, like the sleeves, y’know? Never really give it much thought, personally.

FWIW @Oaktavia @JoshC I’d personally just prefer about 2 inches more length to the straps. Having adjustablity just makes it dumbly and hardware gets caught on things.

I think the tiger stripe cpo was a totally different fabric, but I could be wrong! @Rococo @chelliah

I’d say out of respect for those he ripped off we probably shouldn’t offer further community. This is probably harsh, but I feel harsh rn.

FWIW I machine wash everything unbuttoned and have only had to reinforce uhf work shirt buttons years later.

RE: IHSH-397-IND - 21oz Sashiko Work Shirt - Indigo
Leaving your shirt buttoned in the wash is the issue, imo. Surprising that they were weak enough to pop off, though.

Very cool, @JoshC. I’d love to see more tote bags—maybe slightly smaller “portrait” orientation one with longer straps? My 25oz tote is my daily, but it’s a struggle sometimes to bend my elbow for a one handed swing over the shoulder. If the strap were just a few inches longer it would be effortless.
I love to see this experimentation!
