IH-666-XHS - 25oz Selvedge Denim Slim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo

The fit…. The way he fills them out is just perfect

Finally! After two weeks of staring at the XHS's hanging in my closet I was able to get them hemmed. Jay at Blue Owl here in Seattle did a pristine job as always. He brought out the hammer when working on the hem which is a rare occurrence. It's in the high 70's here so I expect to be quite warm wearing these around. Gotta sacrifice the ride for the look, although I'll probably hold off on combining with the IHxVS-T1-DD I'm picking up today from UPS.

Well, decided today is the day to try to shrink these bad boys. Just removed patch and they are boiling now. Will update with pics and measurements tonight! Wish me luck

same here. Steven at Railcar does an amazing job with them… much better fit for me now that they taper more.
@Jordonf9 @den213 I had one of my pairs of 666-XHS tapered by Railcar Fine Goods. They did a great job for me. They got them to the exact measurements I wanted. They also did a good job matching the threads they replaced.

Tag35s have been restocked.

That moment when your 2 minute bathroom break at work turns into 15 minutes because you accidentally unbuttoned the bottom button on a fresh pair of 666-XHS.

Thanks @Oleg. I was reading through the Care thread and probably should have posted there, but wanted specific input on the 25oz. Greasing the patch is a great bit of advice! I would love to get 2" in the waist and maybe 1/3" in the leg opening but I am probably asking a lot.
I encourage you to get another pair that fits and keep the current pair in good condition in case you put on the weight again. I'd hate to see you cut off the patch, boil the jeans, and then put them in a dryer. Seems blasphemous to treat them that way. You can always sell them later if you don't mistreat them too much. Just my opinion.
^^This!

WTF!!!! I love how every once in a while, some random stranger stops by the forum just long enough to blow everyone's mind with a killer pair of jeans like this.

@izham nicely done
