IHSH-100 - 17oz Hairline Duck CPO Shirt/Jacket

@Giles I'm normally a size bigger than what you model and I note you model an XL in this. When you do this I normally size up to XXL. But the measurements for the XL don't seem very much smaller than a XL 64 or 67, for example. Does this work more like the 105/106 despite the lack of lining? I ask because there is a second hand XL for sale on the forum which I'm considering…

I'm not sure I would call it fabric it's some kind of protective device….it's a heavy

I saw these two images on a website of a Japanese retailer and wondered how these dreadful shirts managed to get the Iron Heart brand onto them:
Then I realised that these are just regular IHSH-100's taken with a camera that exhibits extreme moiré. They need to hire a photographer for their products shots, this looks terrible.

Thought I was the only one that takes pictures like that.

Rofl that's so awesome!

Can anyone with both this and the 76/99 tell me which one is "warmer?" I've had the duck, but never had the 17oz denim before so I'm not familiar with how wind resistant it is.
Thanks!

I own the 99 & 100 blue. I believe the 100 to be "warmer" as you put it than the 99. The 100 fabric feels thicker, sturdier. The 99 has a softness to it, and to me it feels thinner (we're talking slightly) than the 100. I should add that I have noticed that both do indeed get cold to the touch on the outside early in the morning, so I would not consider either to be "warm" in the way that a quilted shacket would be "warm". With the 100 however I feel impervious. It takes a while to feel the cold, and by then my body has compensated for the heat loss so I can tolerate below freezing with just the 100 and an iht, at least for a little while. Can't compare it to the 76 though.
But both fabrics should be owned, no doubt. If you have one get the other. They are different beasts but still beasts

Beautiful fabric. Crispy and definitely heavy. Going to get a lot of wear out of this during the fall/winter/spring.
Got the XXXL - snug in the shoulders but definitely plenty of room on the body. I'm guessing the front and back "yoke" is what makes the shoulder feel a bit snug right now - 34oz of duck on your shoulders has got to feel like something right?
Cheers,
Adam
