IH-TL1 - Thrux Lawrence/Ironheart Ultra Stubborn Back Pack
-
I've got a Defy Verbockel, which uses an 18 oz waxed canvas. I'd have thought that the IH fabrics would have been heavy duty enough.
-
We used 21oz to make a tote. @Madame Buttonfly uses it every day, but imo, it is too floppy….....

Checked this out in person the other day. The fabric and construction is rock solid. The type of thing that will probably still be around and kicking long after Im gone.

It's great to see these people doing well with a real product. Not just a marketing company hyping the normal mediocre lame products. For me it's really nice to buy products that genuinely made and promoted.
This is one of the main reasons I like Ironheart. I know where it comes from and how it's made but most importantly to me now is the fact that no children in a sweat shop have made it.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

For christmas i decided to replace all of my aging belts with new thrux lawrence made bulwark belts. I am a little larger than their largest size but that was no problem. Tanden took my order, built the belts that day, and had them shipped out the next. At no point did i ask him to rush or to have my order to me by a certain time.
I spend alot of money on alot of things that arent necessarily important to most people, something I'm sure I share with all of you. You get a sense over the years which companies really appreciate the people that seek them out and give them money and which ones dont.
I can saw without reserve that the TL crew, or at least Tanden, appreciates their customers and puts out a great product. The belts are very sturdy and the brass buckles they have made for them are beautiful. I really cant wait to join @Tempvs and get a full leather pack. Maybe i can convince @Giles to do a one off TLxIH?
