Those are fine for a transition if you're a casual smoker. I was a pack a day Monday-Friday, and 2 packs a day on drinking nights. Once I went to this setup, I haven't smoked since 5 months, no turning back. Well, actually, I tried to smoke once, and I really felt like I was going to die, lol.

I tried the smaller ones like pictured above, and it's no good for heavy smokers, in my experience.
