What's your favorite Beer?

I know pretty funny. My buddy surprised me with the Evil Twin, I already had my roster lined up. Had a few others too. Maine Beer Co Mean Old Tom, Dogfish Pennsylvania Tuxedo, really a random hodge podge. I did just come from a sharing event so I guess it was par for the course. Tried all these at the tasting

Been a little while, here's what I've been drinking lately.
Saint Arnold Bishops Barrel 12: Christmas ale aged in sauvignon blanc barrels with cherries.
Pretty tasty, but felt a little light. Needed a bit more kick, but I like the influence of the wine barrels.
Prairie Phantasmagoria. New double IPA from one of my favorite breweries.
Really tasty, high in hop flavor but really drinkable at 8% ABV.
Avery Pump[KY]n. Pshew, 15% ABV and a bit too sweet. Interesting beer though.
Prairie / TRVE Sour Red farmhouse ale.
I have to say this is the first beer from Prairie that I've really struggled to drink. I love sour beers but this was just not good. I didn't pour it down the drain but I really thought about doing it…
The Bruery White Oak. I love this beer.
The combination of wheat and barrel aged mix is just great. 12.5% ABV also packs a punch.
Founders Sumatra Mountain brown ale.
Picked up a four pack of this. This beer is awesome. So much coffee.
If there was a beer I could drink it the morning it would be something like this. Very impressed. -
Founders Sumatra Mountain brown ale.
Your post reminded me of this video. While I was in Dallas I got to check Martin House brewery out, love the creativity.

@Broark Like founders beers a lot, especially their Breakfast Stout and their Porter. Recently had some of their KBS,which was pretty good, albeit very strong. Couldn't help but notice the bottle of Makers in the background of all the pictures. Bourbon is really my passion, with Makers being one of my favorites. I'm a Makers Ambassador, and brought Giles a bottle of Cask Strength Makers when I visited him in October. Haven't had regular makers since they came out with the Cask Strength version. I'm in NJ and a lot of the really cool limited edition beer doesn't make it here. Have to make it to Austin some day,as I also love BBQ.–Jett

@Jett129 very nice, I like Founders beers a lot too. I didn't manage to get any KBS this year sadly, but maybe I'll come across some next time around. The Sumatra Mountain was a nice surprise since I had never had it before, I also really like their Backwoods Bastard ale. Most of their beers in general are solid.
I also like Maker's quite a bit, although I tend to drink more beer than hard liquor. My dad's side of the family is from Kentucky so it's in my blood to have a proclivity for bourbon! I'll have to check out the Cask Strength stuff sometime if I see it in the local liquor stores, I've had the 46 and it's also great.
If you ever make it down to Austin I'll show you where the best beer and barbecue are, same goes for anyone else on the forum! -
@Broark You're making me seriously hungry. Really been wanting to go to Austin for a long time as I'm also a musician, and all I ever wear is Cowboy boots or sneakers. Gotten many pairs of boots, online, from Allens on Congress St. On another note Cask Strength Makers is a more richer/flavorful version of Makers. If you can imagine putting a straw into a barrel and taking a sip.–Jett

Here are a couple I had recently.
This one sounded like it would be good, turned out to only be ok.
This one is excellent. Can't find it consistently, but it's always worth grabbing a few when I see them.

Local HERO has imported EVEN MORE JESUS, and is selling at 15.49 €/ bottle, which is dirtcheap, as they cost around 20 in the States… This only confirms my belief that soon trading shan't be necessary anymore... He's importing some other crazy shit (about which I'm not allowed to talk about, but I'll keep you posted)...
Anyhow, fellow €uros, check it here: http://www.beergium.com/en/evil-twin-brewing/922-evil-twin-even-more-jesus-65cl.html

Nice haul @Sage954. Well rounded mix. The Dirt Wolf and Racer 5 are great, but that VTWELVE is fantastic!

I desperately want to get my hands on even more Jesus. Great haul seul. Sounds like more promising things in the future as well
