Nice to see Wenger blaming the ref for the loss, and not the team!
-
hahahha right. no, i totally didn't think of that. it depends on if you're a fan or not to decipher that post
-
Happened to have it on live on FS1. Incredible collapse by PSG, but there was quality play in those last several goals. It was nice to witness such a monumental comeback
-
wow…I didn't even pay attention to that second leg because I figured it was a sealed deal. Sure I know it's Barcelon but still I figured PSG had it in the bag. pretty cool
-
What a fantastic game it was though, like a Hollywood movie plot.

it's a little unfortunate for arsene i feel. as a united fan, i've admired wenger because he's got such similarities to ferguson. loved it when they had their battles over the years. and he's the last of long serving managers at a club in this generation..
-
You make a good point about him being the last of the long server managers, be interesting to see what happens now.
Visiting Barcelona next week and just got tickets to see them play against Valencia, can't wait.
-
Happy to see Leicester go through last night, although it's a shame that Claudio wasn't able to see last it out.
-
Good question @Dion.
Although he did take on a pretty awful defence which is clearly letting him down. I'm a better defender than Otamendi and I'm fat and 40!
-
What was the point of getting rid of Pellegrini and signing Guardiola again?
to experience failure all over again.

Thoughts on the Scousers meeting today? Nice game, nice goals, Barkley should've seen a red card.
I have a few thoughts but in the interest of a fun, relaxed footie thread, I won't share them all.
I'll say this though, given that one of their own received a career threatening injury in an international "derby" less than a week ago, Ross Barkley might have thought about reigning it in a bit. But no.

such a shame that soccer or sports in general gets affected by this. especially bartra who was a victim of it..
