IH-888-NT - 21/23oz indigo Selvedge DWC Jeans

I must say this fit is primo for us fat-thigh guys. Seriously tempting to preorder so I have something warm for the cold norwegian fall and winter..
This is the first time I have a chance to participate in the denim world championship but the thigh & rear rise measurements seem too baggy for me

You don't have to use these jeans to participate. Any pair are eligible as long as they are new when the competition starts.

So I
sold stuff on eBaymoved some funds around yesterday and I have the preorder cash. Now I'm
Just deciding on size. I'be been exercising and dropping some weight… the size 40 might work... might. 42 would be loose in the waist for sure. The 2 pair of 42's I have now are loose.. I've got a few days to
Decide. Need to drop the weight anyway. Docs orders. Beer whiskey and cake make Matty a not so healthy boy. -
We are asking for a 50% non-refundable deposit with pre-order. Please note, that pre-ordering does NOT commit you to buying that size, it is there to give us some idea of what we should make. If you change shape before we ship and/or the target sizing is off, you will of course, be able to change size.

Thank you @Alex

You've also got a few more months to continue the weight drop before you have to worry about getting into a pair.

I'm very excited for this release, and I'm about to pull the trigger on the pre-order. Since it's a brand new cut, I'm torn between 33 and 34. I want them fit me comfortably without restricting range of motion, but not look baggy.
In most 634 variants, I'm a 34 - SExIH13 22oz I have in 33 and are so tight in waist and thighs I can't even button them, and thigh seams are stretched out; 634s in 34 was comfy and not baggy (but sold because I lost a lot of weight at the time - bad decision); 634-XHS in 33 are too tight and can't wear any longer; 634S-18 in 34 is very good, comfy without being baggy; 634SR in 33 is very good too - very similar to 634S-18 in 34.
I had 1955-UH in 34, but were far too big and baggy. Even after max shrink with a couple of hot washes. It was like I had huge thigh diapers on. And, I have big thighs (when I'm healthy and exercising regularly). 33 would have been much better.
Tried a 666-XHS in 33, but were so tight in hips and thighs I could hardly walk.
I think I'm gonna with a 34 in 888-NT…

Quick tip on sizing, as I'm wearing the washed sample of this cut right now. Go true to size, the size 36 are absolutely perfect for me.
I'll add some fit pics as soon as I get some daylight and a break from the rain.
