PIH10ANS - 22oz Pronto Collaboration Selvedge Denim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo
-
I've been into Selvedge for a while but IH has ruined me for many types of clothes. I Consider myself a warm weather person. I'm a boardshort and Tshirt type of guy. Now all I wanna do is wear my jeans. And I can't because it's between 88-100 degrees here everyday.
So why can't you wear your jeans?
-
Bro, I work construction and bartend. 90-100 degrees and 90% humidity. I'd hav e to
Wash my jeans every day. And the amount I sweat is just ridiculous. 250z in this weather? Nah man. -
I know how to feel. I don't do construction, but I sweat easy and when I go at a project, either it be an hour or all day. I go at it…sweat starts immediately and I am just drenched in sweat all day, jeans will be completely soaked....like I just jumped out of the lake. Sucks

I have an auto shop in Phoenix and although we don't have that kind of humidity I totally understand. I can realistically work in about 12-16oz denim depending on the time of year although casually I can wear 18-21oz for most of the year depending on the weave. As much as everyone loves the 25oz denim I just don't know if I can do it in my weather either, although it seems to be much more breathable than the UHR so maybe it's doable in the winter.

Today was a pretty average summers day for me. I was digging a trench in my XHS

I thought you were breaking my balls. My sweaty balls yeah it's crazy. I wore my 634s most the day today but I was grilling for about an hour and after that I folded and threw on some shorts.
48 degrees in the summer?! Wow man. That's just way different from
What I'm used to. No wonder you guys slay at xcountry skiiing.I sweat buckets when I work.its the humidity that gets me.

My new fav boot Jean. Perfect match with the thorogoods
-
^^ what he said. But I have plans for my next pair of denim
-
Fades will be awesome! Very saturated indigo
-
This is my daily go to comfy IH denim choice now. Even over my 21 OD I've had for a while now. Fit is fantastic and after cuffing two times, the inseam is just fine and don't scratch the ground now.
This denim is pretty darn close to the comfort of the 21oz, just the indigo warp is a tougher piece than the 21oz, what I feel makes the difference.

The fading of this fabric so far is great. I always have the tough decision of wearing these or the 25od each day….my top two favs right now.
This is one of the best IH denims IMO ever. The beige really sets them apart
-
Knew these would be a poppy/saturated fade. Wondering when the fades will tempt me to wash them for the first time
-
So after this weekend of working on the house I had to wash these with all the wet cutting cement tiles left over on the denim. Out drying now, if I have time I will get pics and see how they shrunk again after a warmish wash.

Def one of my fav tags on one of the best jeans ever!
-
Such a beauty

Awesome looking jeans, and from good old Pronto too. Would buy these in a heartbeat if the hem in 36 was an inch smaller, otherwise they're boot only for me. Otherwise, almost perfect! (3/4 inch more rear rise wouldn't hurt )
