Cap toe boot recommendations? I'm looking at C&J Coniston and similar. Thanks.
Not quite the same thing, as they're more overtly 'rugged' or military looking, but I like these:

I have the shoe version, they are a wide fit and very comfy and bullet proof, excellent build, I would suggest going for a smooth sole and not the commando as it is slippery on pavements in winter (although probably very good on a grassy hill) but I'd then wear a different boot for that.

my timberland chelsea boots are getting pretty worn out and im sorta looking for a new chelsea boot. i had blundstones forever but they arent waterproof. i'm looking for a waterproof chelsea boot with a somewhat aggressive tread. any suggestions?

didn't the elastic side gusset leak a bit on your timberlands RB?
think that would normally be the problem area . . .
anyway this type of thing?

i didnt have problems with leaking because i never really submerged them completely. its more just a day to day sorta boot for me.
basically i just wish blundstones were waterproof haha.
i've eyed those rm williams boots before but i want something that i dont care about absolutely destroying.

My favorite among my Aldens is the LeatherSoul Jumper Cordovan Boots.

Never had much of a problem with Blunnies leaking, at least no more than any other normal leather boot. Regular polish or treatment with some kind of beeswax proofing and mine are great in the wet. I like the 550's though, they have a less absorbent finish.
