It's true, a classic like this will never let you down…
Unfortunatley the wife is allergic to wheat, and so we are relegated to rice or corn pasta.
Not horrible, but nowhere near the real deal.
So I passed on noodles and just ate a plate of those suckers a la carte...(And yes Wickett, buying the whole pig and knowing exactley where it's from and who raised it is very important to me as well.)

SHRIMPS & SPINACH CURRY
Recipe:
1. Roast the herbs (coriander, cumin, curcuma, cardamom) in Ghee (ayurvedic butter).
2. Add some chopped onions, garlic, ginger and chili and roast them with the herbs.
3. Add a can of coconut milk, chopped fresh spinach, red pepper, frozen peas and shrimps. Spice it with fish sauce and put some cream in it. That's it … -
