SHRIMPS & SPINACH CURRY
Recipe:
1. Roast the herbs (coriander, cumin, curcuma, cardamom) in Ghee (ayurvedic butter).
2. Add some chopped onions, garlic, ginger and chili and roast them with the herbs.
3. Add a can of coconut milk, chopped fresh spinach, red pepper, frozen peas and shrimps. Spice it with fish sauce and put some cream in it. That's it … -

If it were the Rolls Royce of grills, it would be showy and stupidly expensive.And Giles, no fair teasing us like that; telling us you're cooking leg of lamb and showing us closed grills is just cruel.
