Thank you Guys for the Info, makes Perfect Sense. I thought when you presented them that this might be a big hole but I like the idea of it being on there forever vs a Pin or so, maybe something like a Rivet mounting would be easier to mount, not that I have any clue about Clothes.

I saw Giles staple on his IH-526j and it sits securely, and I don’t think there will be any danger of further tearing because it is on the pocket flap which isn’t exposed to stress. It looks fantastic too.
The problem from a sales point of view is that the underside exposes weft and loose threads. Selling a new jacket like that is problematic. If the staple was placed on less robust fabric or areas prone to stress then the integrity of the fabric may degrade quite quickly.

Really nice, i´d go for the St. Chris too (+ the Shazam, i am getting there).
I thought that the Backside look is probably the Issue, thank you for claryfing that Reuben, that is why I tought a blind Rivet would be a nice Solution, then the Backside would only be two Rivets which look nice and clean. The Construction of course would be more work, but it is possible ifve seen that done.
