What's your favorite Beer?

Had this on two successive nights so that I could better compare them. Both excellent, but a slight edge to the Cascade version.

Two highlights. From last night. Very different beers, but both excellent.

Saw this in my local grocery store and couldn't resist. Spoetzl Brewery is located in Shiner, Texas, and has been brewing beer since 1909. Its flagship beer is Shiner Bock, a dark lager that is actually not bad for a mass market beer. Apparently, they decided to get into small batch craft beer.
This isn't bad, and I did not realize it was 11% ABV until I emptied the bottle, so that's a plus, I guess. -
Sounds like a score to me.
Not been posting much as I’m on a budget and been sticking to tried and tested VFM beers but I had a couple of good ones recently. Norwegian breweries seem to be on a milk/dessert stout trip and they’re killing it:
The Welsh are trying to keep up. At only 5-5abv this was good
I ate about half a kilo of good cheese this evening. Washed it down with this:
Very good stuff and surprisingly reasonable.

I've been waiting on this crowdsourced winner… https://www.mobcraftbeer.com/recipes/queen-hazel
It's bottled, and waiting for pickup. I'll report back, when it's in glass in hand.

If you haven’t already done this, you need to try the whiskey that was in the barrels, that the beer was aged in.
It would be wasted on me- I've never been a liquor drinker. The occasional mixed drinks, but straight liquor isn't my thing.
I know, I know, I'm a disappointing failure at life…

Breckinridge Brewery Nitro Vanilla Porter
Pretty bland and tasteless imo. Don’t know why I bothered as it’s only 5.4% abv

My son lives and works in Florida, where they have a much better beer selection than I do in New Jersey. He’s up for a visit and brought his old man a couple of stouts, and porters he thought I might like. This being one of them. Also had a Prarie Birthday Bomb.
There is something very wrong about Florida having a better selection of stouts and porters than Dirty Jersey. Good for you, though.
On an entirely unrelated note, my brother is working construction in NJ as we speak.
