My samurai 510 are size 34. I think 34 in these should be fine?

Ok, my pair of 666D are W36 and were measured to exactly 35” by IHUK when I bought them in 2015. They now measure 35.5”. They’ve been worn a few times since their last wash.
I thought about it and given that I’ve lost some weight the last few years, I don’t need stretch now like I used to, so maybe they could go some more if put under more pressure. That is speculation though.
There maybe some variation in measurements between pairs so you could ask the crew at IHUK to see if a pair of these come up a little bigger. Good luck.

Thank you, good sir

Nice pic. Have these stretched more than .5 of an inch since you got them?
-
Cool, thanks for taking the time to do that.
-
Finally pulled the trigger on the black pair and a flannel cant wait to experience the IH quality that you all speak of
-
Im actually more hyped about the uhf flannel and Pappa Nui hat. Im sure the pants will be sick too.

Great news! As a long term fanboy I’m aware my critical faculties may have become skewed so it is good to hear others enjoying the quality too. Thanks for taking the time.
How did you find the PN and UHF?
-
The UHF is pretty sturdy too i am used to carhartt and samurai the UHF blows them both out of the water. PN git kind of weird until i wore it in the shower and spent a little time stretching it. Next order will be the 21oz 634 most likely possibly 21oz 888

I really like the hat a lot now it took a day to get used to it. UHF is gray x black I have my eye on the green x black but I think XXL will be too big and i was advised against repeated hot wash and dry. I was thinking that that might shrink it down to an XL. Any experience with this?

UHF’s shrink about half a size with a good old fashioned hot wash. That is no problem at all and won’t damage the shirt.
You may get a full size if you nuke it and then chuck it in the tumble dryer but that will affect the fabric negatively I suspect.

I've been reluctant to try this but I want to thank you for the input, the advice. I'm often in between sizes and sometimes I'm looking for a bit more room. If I size up than shirt needs a shrink, a bit. But I've not wanted to ruin one, they are costly obviously and beautiful. I should try harder to beat them up, use the stuff for its purpose, not pamper but care for it. Thanks to neph93 for the experience, it's how we learn.
