What's your favorite Beer?

I don't know anything about UA but I suspect they contract out production to third party breweries, kinda like Mikkeller and maybe Omnipollo. @emceeQ might have a better idea how the third party production/distribution model works.
Untitled art specifically brews out of Octopi. It’s co-owned by the owner of Octopi and the owner of Funk Factory (who makes some fantastic sours in WI btw)…
Every gypsy brewing/contracting model is different though. Beer laws in the US vary so much state to state it’s hard to keep track of how people are doing what...
Thanks for the heads-up, regarding Funk Factory. I'll be looking into that.

How's that UA x Aslin peach IPA? Looks delicious

It is pretty tasty. The peach is subtle. I have found, UA does a very good job of balancing flavors.

Newcastle Brown Ale is now brewed in Chicago Illinois by Lagunitas and now has a distinctive hoppier flavor. How strange. They must be using a slightly different hop or recipe.
-
I was thinking about it and this Newcastle tastes identical to Brooklyn Brown Ale. Identical.

Haven’t had a Newcastle in ages, used to really like it. Have to try some,if I see it,and see if it tastes different.
If we were to do a blind taste test of Newcastle and Brooklyn Brewery Brown Ale, I'll bet you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
Edit: it used to taste completely different before. With almost no hops taste. Just pure maltiness, sometimes with a mild skunky finish from the light damage in clear glass bottles or sort of a waxy mouth feel if it was very fresh. But it tasted epic on tap. I'm not saying this kind is bad. Just tastes completely different than it used to.

This one seemed to be the perfect fit for a hot 4th of July. Don't adjust your screen. It is blue, or indigo, if you will…
A 5% ABV sour. It does have a flavor reminiscent of Bomb Pops. While, it was refreshing, I don't know that I'd drink it regularly. It leaves your lips and tongue blue, too. -
Followed with this…
The man behind this is half of the duo behind Untitled Art. Here's a little insight into the brand… https://www.goodbeerhunting.com/blog/2017/10/18/dont-call-it-a-sour-funk-factory-geuzeria-in-madison-wi-the-maturation-of-funk-and-the-push-for-american-lambic-blended-to-perfection
