Cigar City Cafe Americano is one of my favorites. My son lives near the brewery,and whenever he comes to visit me or I go down there I make sure to get some.
I’ve been trying (quite successfully) to limit buying beer in that price category, the only recent exception being Nøgne’s latest Dark Horizon release which I paid a whopping €25 for.
Haven’t posted here in a while. Been drinking vicariously through the rest of you. This beer is really delicious. Right amount of Cinnamon,hard to believe it’s 13%.
This years Goose Island Bourbon County Stout. Very Bourbon Barrelly ,and 15.2 on the alcohol. Label says it will develope in the bottle for up to 5 years. Might get another bottle and cellar it.
It is that time of year… I might have to try smuggling a couple of these in my suitcase. Spectacular return to form for To Ol, and call me a wuss but 15% ba’ed impy in 250ml bottles is pretty perfect
