I'm delighted to hear that the cats are giving up their eyes for these buttons. It's the least they can do. Looking forward to the shirts.

Beautiful shirt, hopefully it’ll be back in stock soon.

Any idea when these are coming back in?

I’d recommend you compare measurements. The work shirt is a different cut and has a wider body which may help accomodate your, ahem, girth. But if they measure up differently there is no guarantee that you need the same size.
As for shrinkage, there is some on very hot washes. Normal washing will not yield very much, but 1cm in all dimensions is do-able at high temperatures.

Was happy to wake up & see the restock email for these. Grabbed an XL. Now if only the weather would cool down. It’s supposed to be 100* this weekend.

Its funny, this shirt was on my restock alert too, soon after I first discovered IH. It in some way symbolised to me IH's core aesthetic, and just seems to be a wardrobe must have. Great choice @hoppy_IPA congrats, it really is a beautiful bit of kit!
@jordanf I've felt your pain, the time will come. I randomly got mine last month, before the restock, in the for sale section here. Heres hoping the day arrives for you soon, cheers.

a 90°C wash should be able to do that. But please keep in mind the arm length will shrink too. And less the shoulders and PtoP, as well.
How much shrinkage in the shoulders and P2P with this washing method?

Since losing about 30lbs/13+kg with the intention of staying that old self, I find myself in shirts a bit too big. I washed my wabash hot and got about 1cm shrinkage P2P. Truth is, I needed more and so just sprang for this work shirt (in black) to size down. Because IH shirts like this are so substantial I think a proper fit is even more important because of drape of the weightier shirt. With rayon or light chambrays you can kinda' get away with the flow a bit more, at least imo. It's gonna end up being expensive but worth it. I live in these IH shirts now.
