Hi @Manticore that is a PicoPen from Tec Accessories. They have a titanium version also. It's a little longer than this one. I have both. I like how small they are and the magnetic cap.

Made an upgrade:

Swapped out my vintage ball chain on some personal trinkets to the #3, as the Pius coin wouldn’t fit on a #10

Added a mini roundel for effect
