I was waiting for an excuse to pick this up and the customer loyalty gift was it! Thanks, Iron Heart.
I’m feeling pretty good about the fit here but worried maybe it’s just a tad too perfect in the chest and shoulders. If I hot soak it, will it stretch back out to original dimensions in that area? I do want it to fit fairly close. I think sizing up would ruin the fit. Thoughts?
Also in this pic are my 5-month-old 555 XHS. -
I wouldn't roll the dice on it stretching back out like a pair of jeans. It does look pretty spot on as is. If you got a bigger size then you would have to hope you could shrink it down to that size,which probably wouldn't happen either. Stuck between a rock and a hard place. I'd wear it maybe 5 times or so and then hand wash it in Woolite Dark and air dry it. Good luck.

Fit looks spot on to me. I have the 33-IND and lost a tiny bit of sleeve length (40c, no spin) but the other dimensions I did not observe noticeable shrinkage. If anything it softened up and shaped to my body better once I'd washed it. As the wise man himself @Jett129 mentioned, you could hand wash and air dry to minimise any potential shrinkage you'll get.
Looks great, hope you enjoy wearing it in

@neph93 thank you, boss!

Just got my order for one of these bad boys in today. Can't wait for them to arrive.

I've had this for ~3 1/2 years now. It's probably been worn about 150-175 times in that time and hasn't been washed yet. Looks good so far, but still has a looooong way to go!

…@cander49 this is exactly why a buy Iron Heart, for the long haul. It's fantastic to know this is what I have to look forward to!
...awesome looking shirt.

@cander49 This looks wonderful. Wearing a shirt without washing for 3 rough years is something that I could never pull off. But the results seem to be amazing!
