What's your favorite Beer?

This one fell a bit outside of my recently updated criteria for beer purchases. But, I've been so enjoying BlackStack IPAs, and had been hearing good things about their sours. So, I gave one a go. Besides, it's got blackberries in it…..

Two absolute corkers last night.

The DIPA is how I like them, heavy on pine, caramel and biscuit, and boozy as well. The Verdant impy was just perfect. Big beer with sweetness and bitterness in perfect balance. No dicking around with BA’ing or fruit, because it didn’t need it.

Talking about this SCAN oven… it’s a weird one. Works best with only one log, but needs a a lot of attention then.

This is honestly delicious. It's exactly as you'd expect it to be: bit of spices, nice yeast touch, and just extremely well made… I can see myself drinking a lot of this (as it is also dirt cheap, priced well under 2€).

So I'm basically too broke to order new IPAs so I took to drinking Belgian classics… Rn: Achel blond. Cheap as chips (1.65€) and honestly just very high quality beer and delicious at that...
