IH-777-XHS - 25oz Selvedge Denim Super Slim Tapered Jeans - Indigo

@gniquil Thanks for sharing.
Different body shapes tackle cuts in different ways if you have a meaty butt and thighs (I do), then the low rise of the 777 can show butt crack. That won’t change much, but long tees and shirts may solve your problem. Otherwise I can recommend the 555, but by the sounds of things the 888 will be perfect for you.
The XHS will stretch in the waist about and inch. That is normal for all jeans. The thigh won’t stretch much however when the material softens they will become more comfortable. You’re a way off that.
Nice. So I have hope. I might just bite the bullet and get that one and sell the 777. But I do wanna stick with this one for maybe at least another month or 2.

Do you have some pics how they are now?

^ This is a good plan^ Judging by your pics from a few weeks back I’d say you’re fine as long as you learn to live with the low rise. I’ve seen much tighter fits than that, hell, I’ve worn XHS tighter than that. It is probably mostly a case of the XHS - WTF’s?

Look at the pictures I posted wearing a green collar shit. From say 10 feet away the look hasn't really changed. That's why I haven't taken pictures recently. But wearing does feel better now than then. Man this looks so good and has so much more potential, and man the pain. Hope this helps.

@Heavy_blue Great jacket. The fading on those is awesome.

Yeah i feel you! I must say it has a lower rise then my momotaro or benzak denim, but not that low as you suggested! But after 3 days of full wear i start to get used to the denim. In anyway cause i think size 33(now i wear 32) would be to big! First i had the tags still on and the idea of maybe had to return them, but hell yeah i stick with this denim! Stretch en wear the hell out of it! And i’m just in it for a few days.. IH feels like a addiction! Have a good one all.

Here i go with the 526J-DD on top! Within a few days it start to settle! It has eased up a bit and they are easier to button! How about the tighs? Will it ease up more?
-
Might need to size up… or a another fit
Well i think when i go with a 33 they will be to loose around the waist! Thighs are good, more like the question if they will ease up more? I can comfortable sit with them i can do squads hehe!
-
Same question again… you already know the answer..
I really appreciate your fast reply! Thanks mate

It's hard work wearing denim that heavy in a slim tapered cut. They are challenging jeans. But you'll get used to it and a few months down the line, they will be a dream. Great photo btw.
Thanks! First dream about it then living the dream hehe

Heavy_blue hey I just tried a thing yesterday that seemed to work. Wash your jeans in cold. When it's still damp (say 6 hours in), try to put them on. And do some lunges and squats. I got this from watching some YouTube videos. I was super skeptical about it. But it worked! Although mine is still just a tad bit tight, it's now bearable, or dare I say comfortable.

Thanks for the heads up mate! Do you have the link for the youtube? And any measurements from for and after washing? I must say after just a good walk and just ‘live’ in them they seem too ease quite good!

Sorry don't remember. But if you search stretch jeans you will see a bunch of girls talking about this. They know what's up.
And for now it's really working. Today's the first day I'm not thinking about how tight my jeans are every other minute and am only focusing on work.

Heavy_blue here's what it looks like after I put it into laundry and wore them a bit when they were wet… so look wise, no difference whatsoever. Still dark, no whiskers or anything. It's just now the jeans fit perfectly. (This is gonna end badly for my wallet)
