Here’s a crazy one. A Java varietal grown and processed in Colombia. Processing is carbonic maceration, a technique borrowed from wine production. Wild cuppajoe. My buddy just took over roasting for these guys and this is the first batch roasted by him I’ve tried from this roaster. So damn good!

I could possibly help you if you were in Germany?! Eventhough they're sold out at most retailers, there's quite a good chance to find "good as new" offerings on the second market.

Camandante's base is actually right around the corner here in the very south-east of Munich
From what I can hear, demand has skyrocketed since COVID
and the increased demand on "home barista" equipment.

Their top priority is to keep up their high production/quality standard though, instead of just going faster. So I guess that's the number one reason for the shorting.
But as with Iron Heart, patience is really worth it
