IH-702 - Polycotton Chino's - Black, Khaki and Grey
-
G, should I go TTS on these? I'm a 32w in most of the IH denim. If so, since these are extant, you will be getting more, right? 32w greys is all gone as of now :o
Checking stock with H right now
Thanks, G!
Arrow, no I didn't. I wasn't one of the lucky ones

Oh man, Giles, you really need to make 35W stuff! My 634S only became comfortable after they'd stretched to 35W or so, and I don't know that I want to have these as loose as my 801s (36W). I will have to wait to hear the definitive answer about shrink/stretch, and then hope that there are some that fit me in stock.

Please use this if we are out of stock of your size/colour:

OK. Just talked to Haraki.
These are definitely an Extant (so regular production) item.
I am placing order with Haraki on Sunday evening. So if you want me to take your request into account, please use form in above post.
I'll obviously be trying to back-fill the gaps anyway, but the more info I have the better.
Thanks…..

Hey, long time since I was last here and I couldn't help myself from posting.
Seriously, $220 for a pair of Polycotton Janitor pants? Has the world gone mad?
The raw material cost for these is impossible to be more than $2. Most people who work in the Janitorial/Garbage collecting business are given 3 or 4 pairs of polycotton pants, the same style, free from the company they are working for. They are also a favourite with Security Guards and uniformed hamburger business employees. Polycotton is of no use in construction for welders, electricians, plumbers etc. because, when they burn, they have a tendancy to melt onto the skin. Also, try playing with your kid, on a normal carpet, while wearing these. You will be shooting bolts of static from your body like a cartoon superhero.
I love the Ironheart products, but these Ironheart Chinos, come on now.
Maybe they have some kind of fashion irony type thing going for them or can allow rich kids to masquerade as janitors. Is there an emperors new clothes social phenomenon going on here.
I hope that IH does not start to become a faceless corporation store which sells everything, instead of the good old reliable, quality jeans store, which we all know and love.
I hope that this criticism of an IH product is constructive enough not to be removed. -
Why on earth would I even consider deleting your post? You are entitled to your opinion, just as everyone else is.
Haraki does his take on work wear - you either like it or you don't.
I guess we could have got these made in China out of a stock polycotton and sold for a lot less. But a) Haraki would not have done that and b) even if he had, I would not have stocked them and c) Even if I did, they would not have sold.
It is a free world, you can choose to spend money on what you like, you no likey the Chino's fine, don't buy them.

Just came home and was hoping that one of my roommates picked up the packet.
I was lucky.
THESE ARE SO F"$"§$"$ EPIC!!1. Seriously. Normally I´am not that kind of guy bus this just needs to be said.
I was wondering if ordering them was the right decision or if me and Ironheart should stay with jeans. All I can say at the moment are three things.- I´am very lucky I ordered grey & khaki
- I´am very disappointed I did not order black as well
- I am very lucky that these are extant so I can get black too
If you are between planets and not sure about chinos in general or these in special you must try one. Soooo awesome
Simon.
