Any plans to do the 21oz white denim in the 777 cut?
-
This post from @Giles just a few weeks ago:
We have to stop production of the 21oz white because it requires so much cleaning of the loom before we start weaving it. The slightest bit of non-white fluff or similar readers that part of the denim unusable, and given the production volume constraints we are currently experiencing, it makes more sense to weave other denims. So, adding another white denim to the portfolio won t happen any time soon I am afraid.

@goosehd thank you very much. That's unfortunate.

indigo sashiko please, type 3 and work shirt

@Alex posted this about two years ago when sashiko was previously suggested…don't know if it still stands:
Heavy Sashiko CPO - Either natural Indigo or black fugitive dyed.
Haraki has said he does not like sashiko to me in the past, but never say never.

??? ??? ??? @goosehd you remembered that Alex posted something about sashiko TWO YEARS ago? Awesome…

Self employed - My wife (Veterinary Radiologist) and I own a Radiology Referral Company for Veterinarians. I do the accounting/business side of the operation. She does the fun stuff.
Bachelor's in Biology/Ecology and decided school just isn't my thing. Really don't enjoy structured learning environments, but have spent a lifetime reading voraciously and the accumulation of non-useful information.

To say it with one word… a typical genius

My first thought was "why wouldn't he like sashiko?" but after a bit more ruminating on it, I feel like it's almost sorta non-IH to me. Very PBJ / SDA / Momotaro off the top of my head, and plenty others. Maybe just Haraki doing his typically individualist thing?

Will y’all ever make a grey serge work shirt?
-
Ripstop, West point, serge, or whatever riff on a RAF-style bush jacket. I'm thinking something with sort of an M-65 layout in terms of pockets and waist cinch, but with lapels and the pockets with buttons, not snaps, and pointed flaps. could be lined or unlined, somewhere between a shacket and a jacket.
Alternatively, could be a longer body with a belt, but that doesn't feel as IH to me.

We're looking into reintroducing sawtooths….
hell yes!
Sawtooth, love ‘em, they work great.
-
How about a jacket in the Purpetrator leather??? Could be interesting!
-
My butt is.
Probably wouldn’t make for good leather, though.

Where y'all finding purple horses anyways?
