Just back from some demolition looking at how scruffy you all are…....
I should elaborate a little. This is from last night when Norwegians celebrate. It is a relatively formal gig with some strict traditions. Dinner on the table at 5pm, suit and tie for the men, presents afterwards.
Today is much more like Boxing Day in the UK.

Todays meal, a Prime Rib Roast, Creamed Spinach, Scalloped Potatoes, Roasted Garlic. Red Velvet cake.

Final Holiday Tradition. New Years Day I make Eggs Benedict ala Sam. I use flaky biscuits, left over filet of beef from last night. poached eggs, béarnaise sauce.
