Million Meter Challenge

Everybody's doing great, no matter how much, the point is getting out there. I've got a chunk from this weekend to add to the pile, hit the peak of my training plan for the 100km run I'm now tapering for. Still not sure I can do it, but more confident after doing 85km this weekend.

Matt Wilpers is such a good coach. He and Denis followed by Olivia are my favorites.
Wilpers is easily my favorite since he approaches it like a coach, even in his non powerzone classes. Denis is good and chill, and Olivia is ALWAYS above a comfortable cadence for me

I logged another 50km to end last week. Rainy weather may derail my efforts this week.
-
I'm in on the bike. Although it feels like cheating. 600 on foot is much different than 600 on a bike.
-
I got another 43452m (27mi) in across 4 different rides on the peloton today, didn't want to utter up with a ton of pictures. I'm excited to join the local Wednesday run club tomorrow for the first time for a 5k
-
Added 42 km running in Helsinki today
-
Just a solo training run. Didn’t have my hydration vest either so had to stop a couple times for water and once for a coke which tasted so so good on mile 21.
-
Ran a 5k with the local run club out of the brewery a few blocks away today.
I am bad at running finished, but I wouldn't have won any awards. Happy I did it though, met some cool locals, got a cool beer afterwards (brand new saison called "Catalina Wine Mixer")
I'll go back again next Wednesday

Here’s my contribution through yesterday (have a race tonight so most likely will add ~40 miles today).
Can disregard the mileage accrued on the bottom row from 87.5 left. I’m getting 345.6 miles with those exclusions.

That's awesome @BloodnThunder

Had a wonderful and relaxed morning ride. Adds another 60 km.
The Kiel Canal , the world's most frequented artificial waterway.
Have a good weekend everybody!
