And the autoclave results…

The one on the right is the one that got sterilized.  Doesn't look much different except for some if the stitching (especially the W) dulled out a bit, and oh yeah, it is noticeably larger than it's mate now....???

Little wine before dinner.
Any wine fans, notice the device in the background.  You light the candle and slowly turn a crank to lower the neck and start pouring.  The candle illuminates the bottle so you can see any sediment working it's way down the bottle and ease up on the pour…

And this is what I imagine Seul's dinner looks like every night…

Sadly, no cocktails here. 
Occasionally I'll dabble, but in general I've got a four letter rule with alcohol (beer, wine, sake).

Don't you just love pretentious plating?  Really, my bowl if curry is coming on a giant rectangle plate that has more room for 1 lime and 1 lemon wedge than the bowl???
