IHJ-69 - Corduroy Modified Type III Jacket - Black and Khaki
-
I think this jacket with an iron heart t-shirt and jeans is going to be the “uniform” for awhile.

What's your height/weight and which size did you get? Curious how many people here sized up
I’m 6’3”, 225 lbs. I went with XXL. I asked for the one with the largest P2P available. It’s about 23.6 in.

Do you usually go xxl with IH tops?

More often than not I ask for the XXL with largest p2p, but every shirt is a little different. Basically I try to get as close to a 23.5 p2p as possible. In fact I rarely look at the other measurements for shirts/jackets.

@gaseousclay Judging by measurements, this looks in line with other type III’s. I would need an XL (my shirt size) to wear over a tee. XXL for layering. Dr. Babyhorse’s fit confirms this.

[emoji1426] this! I typically only wear tees underneath. I might try a uhf to see how it feels and post a pic.

Yeah, I figured for some sizing was going to be about how you intended on wearing this jacket. With the exception of the ihm-20, I like to have the option to layer if necessary, so I sized up like I did with my IHxSE od type III. I need the extra space in the chest and shoulders so it doesn't feel too tight. Hopefully I sized correctly.

Yeah, UPS kinda suck actually, no saturday deliveries (which I think most are anyway), and you cant ask to pick it up from the depot unless they have attempted delivery. So if you miss them your waiting another day.. DHL you can just ring them up and ask for it to be changed to be picked up from the depot.. So much easier.. for me anyway. Plus us aussies get hosed over from the distance shipping from UK or US anyway..
Its always a pain anyway shipping close to the weekend. 2 extra days of the wait game.. Oh the lessons in patience bagawanzzz.. hihi..

@Scottystyles you can do the same with UPS. You can set it up to have the package delivered direct to your local UPS store without making an attempt at your residence.

Possibly not in Australia. UPS have different policies depending on region. In Norway they don’t even exist outside of Oslo so it’s effectively EMS that takes the parcel to you from when it clears customs. Get’s delivered to one central post office. No choices.
DHL on the other hand, have a full service program with in my town with multiple drop off points you can choose in advance.
They’re both a bunch of bandits when it comes to battering the end user with charges.
