Hello All
I've been lurking about the forum for a while and now that i've listened my way through the entire Music thread I thought it would be a good time to say hi! Gonna be grabbing myself a pair of IH-634S just as soon as I stop spending any spare money I have on synthesizers. Until then I shall continue to wear my Forum members t-shirt with pride!

Welcome, Winchy! Good to have you on the forum. See you soon, AP

Big IH HELLO AND WELCOME to something like the last 500 members I have not yet greeted!!! I have not been around as much in the past 6 months but hopefully that will all change. I am trying to help organize a little around the forum so if you see some changes and things have moved, just be patient. Hopefully everything will be easier to find with the new adjustments. If you have any questions about anything, please shoot me a PM and I will get back to you ASAP!
Cheers and Respect,

Hello! New IH addict here!
-
Got the 634S from the B&S forum since my size was sold out everywhere and the Flatheads I want are too :(. Got a mechanics shirt and my first flannel as well. Problem is I lost a lot of weight and still going by my larger self so I hope I can shrink these shirts somehow lol.

BTW, for what my 2 cents is worth, the forum reorganization that I've noticed is making it easier and quicker to navigate IMO.

i.e. the division of Iron Heart Products into their respective parts instead of all together…. BIG improvement.

Hi to everybody and spring greetings from Finland,
I decided to register after Giles pointed me here for more information about IH. I've been reading forum only a day, but it seems to be great source for IH and denim in general. I'm more of a reader than a writer so I'm not running for the top poster title but I'll bet there will be couple of questions to post at least.
I'm quite new to raw denim and all new to heavyweight denim which I seek after in IH. But denim in general has been a part of my life over two decades and I still remember my first pair of Levis 501 back in late eighties. I know I had some jeans way before those but thats the first pair I remember and they led the way for many pairs to follow. Around mid nineties I started using Diesel and after that I've had a lot of jeans from different companies and models. Some basic and some designer jeans, some baggy fits but mostly regulars just sized up to be little loose.
What I love in jeans is their versatility. To me it means I can wear jeans seven days a week. From office to park, from park to party and everything in between. Only sports and playing with the kids at home makes me wear something else. Of cource those jeans are in different stages in their lifecycle and are worn in different occasions by my not so systematic system. About five years ago I realised that i had way too many jeans so I stopped bying new. It was ok but last fall and winter were very cold and I found out that all my jeans started to be in the end of their life. Thin very worn denim with repairs and holes waiting for repair. Boy those were chilly. Getting first new pair was easy, Levis 505 was familiar model and all I really wanted was solid dark blue shade. Those just happend to be selvedge and that led for a little googling. In few weeks I had a new pair of Edwins and A.P.C. Now I think I'm ready for a pair of IH-634S. They should be restocked in a week or so. That gives more time to read the forum and make up my mind with sizing.
Special thanks to Giles for fastest email replies I remember and also guiding me here.
Cheers,
nilsson

You wouldn''t say…
Haha, I was surprised to see how much I had to say. But after browsing the forum more I realised that the post could have been splitted to several threads like jeans history and where are you from.
Welcome!.. And yes: you should go true to size on a pair of 634s'es!..
Thanks, I allready made some measurements and I'm convinced that 36" is right size.
