The Iron Heart Forum Ten Year Anniversary Party Week End…

Been struggling to find accommodation for the Anniversary Weekend the past two days. There are not too many beds to let in GosVegas. Ritz and Savoy are fully booked yet so I chose the Bluebell Suite in Spring Garden Guest House and am more then happy that @neph93 will share this little gem of british hostelry with me.

You’re more than happy?! I consider myself very fortunate that you have put in all the legwork and included me. Thank you Jens.

See you guys there then. I'll had to book a family room, since the single room with shower I had at the kanreki party was allready booked (most likely to one of the attending denimheads).

OK great looking forward to meet you @Cole … Can't believe that it's still half a year

The Gos Vegas Travelodge being built in the high street is not due to open till mid 2020, so finding decent accommodation is a PITA. The Spring Garden guest house has already been mentioned (close but very small), other places are the Gosport Premier Inn (5-10 mins from us by car/taxi) and the Holiday Inn Express, Gunwharf Quays (Portsmouth side - about 20-30 mins by foot via the Gosport ferry). I'll try to look out some small, less expensive alternatives and will post some details soon.
We had a business meeting at the local brewery after work last night and beer for the party was discussed… likely to be a craft lager and a hoppy ale

@Madame:

The bus service between the Premier Inn and the Gosport high street isn't bad, either. And I would recommend the full English breakfast for anyone considering staying there…
