That was a quick shot. 3 minutes. Very humid today

@SEAK:
It just arrived in Alaska, I love this thing. I'm loving this brand and community so without further ado, my first fit pics.
Looks like a perfect fit… And the 12oz. Flannel is just right for Alaska weather.

Thanks Reuben. I could def fit in a 3X but went with the 4 instead. It’s a work shirt right? Needs to be roomy. I’m gonna hot wash and hang dry it. See how that goes.

Not in my book….Run a compare....

@el:
How’s the fit of this compared to the kanreki? About the same?
Kandeki is longer and narrower in my two fits. I have them both. Sleeves both long

Friendly FYI to the forum members…I sent my L back to IHUK late last week so it should be back in stock here in the next few days I would guess. Keep an eye out if you're looking to cop one.
I also want to thank @AdamC for helping me out with my 237/238 dilemma. It took three tries to get my size/fit right on this one and ultimately the 238 XL was the perfect fit for me in the end. Thanks again Adam.

Quick question IH faithful. How much can one reasonably expect a IHSH 238 to shrink with a hot wash and tumble dry (is this even recommended at a high temp to ensure maximum shrinking?)?
I am normally an XL in UHF Western Shirts at 195lb, 5'10 in height and my wife was able to get me an XXL in these. I've never owned an UHF Works Shirt and I definitely want to keep it if possible.
-
I’ve gotten about a half inch of shrink with a warm wash and hang dry on 2 of my UHF’s. I suspect you could get at least an inch of shrink with a hot wash and dry in the machine

@ARoc you can certainly maximise the shrinkage from a hot wash with a tumble dry. It will change the nature of the fabric somewhat, as that kind of abuse damages the cotton fibres. So expect a different hand when you’re done.
Otherwise @gaseousclay speaks the truth half a size in all directions is about normal. You’ll struggle to turn an XXL into an XL, but you’ll get close.

FYI for the small folk… Possibly the last unsold size small 237/238 on the planet is at Division Road right now. It would be great if someone could go buy it soon so I don't have to be tempted any longer.
