@Jcaz6996 UHR is a fast fader for sure but most of my wear goes into my XHSbb right now.. will post some UHR updates soon
-

@hoppy_IPA ain’t that the truth!!!

About 70 days worn at this point.
Other than the original soak+wash before use, one wash at around 50 wears or so. -
@Kasi Thanks! Slow and steady
-
is it ok if i didn’t do an initial soak on my 555-xhs.. just been wearing them everyday since they arrived.. still super stiff i’m thinking to maybe soak them? i’ve only been wearing them 20 days so i wouldn’t expect them to be too comfy yet
-
@fatmike71 That's certainly a good idea. A hot soak with plenty of agitation will get most of the shrinkage out. And the advantage of that is that your fades won't shift after a wash. Also, an early soak doesn't mean your jeans will no longer get high contrast fades, so no need to worry about that.
-
@Lowlander i’m thinking of doing it mostly because of this fade shift everyone is talking about..
-
@fatmike71 Great pair of jeans! I'd say these are my all time favourite so far.
You may be fine either way, but I did an early soak (and a wash) with this pair and it worked out great. Peace of mind if nothing else, to get most of the shrinkage out right away.
It may soften things up a bit as well. This particular pair was very soft right out of the paper bag though, and comfort would have been excellent either way, whereas I felt my XHSBB was quite stiff initially and certainly softened up a bit with a soak/wash.

Any timeframe on a restock?
