IH-555-PIQ - 14oz Cotton Piqué Super Slim Cut Jeans - Ecru
Our medium/high rise super-slim cut, constructed from Japanese 14oz cotton piqué fabric. Often utilised in sports and formal wear, the intricate weave of the piqué creates a tough exterior surface, with a textured, almost waffle-like reverse. A hardwearing but very breathable fabric, the result is a luxurious feeling, contemporary pair of pants for casual summer wear - which also won’t look out of place on the golf course, or dressed up as part of a smarter outfit for special occasions.

@Alex said in IH-526-PIQ - 14oz Cotton Piqué Modified Type III Jacket. Ecru. The Piqué Blinder:
@endo I would love to. We had a little of the fabric left, but I opted to run pants using it for a couple of reasons:
- I made the call shortly after finding out that we could no longer make our 21oz white denim pants
- The aforementioned pants have always sold faster than the IH-526J-WH, so I hedged my bets
If the rerun of jeans does well, and the mill is still in business, then I would consider a redo on a batch of fabric and to do this jacket again.
I wish I had grabbed one for myself, too

@cityofdelusion knew I'd read it somewhere!

I forget from the previous iterations, but about how much stretch does the PIQUE fabric give? I had some MFSC Pique pants once and they would stretch like 2 sizes after a wash.. Many thanks Crew!

Ordered a pair of these.
How do do you pronounce ecru?
Letter by letter?
E-crew?
Eck-rue? In a French sound.
Hoping to sound like I know what I'm talking about.

Google says the former, me as a non-native english speaker would have gone with the latter, as it's indeed a word of french origin.

Haha, I'm American so E-crew sounds pretty Americanized and my first thought lol. My best guess was my last listed and I'm going to go with your guaranteed confirmation.

grabbed one from the outlet
guess they work great with my clinch engineers and a leather jacket . really like the look of the pique.
