So it begins.

I’m getting more stacking than I prefer. So, after 31 straight wear days, I’m going for another hot wash. I cranked the heat up some on the water heater to 140f/ 60c and hot soaked for an hour and back into the wash on hot!

My first hot wash was set to 125f/ 51c and I lost about 1/2 in length. Maybe I’ll get more on this hotter wash. Otherwise, might need to have em hemmed.

Here’s some stack photos and fades taken the day of 2nd wash today. Should be dry by tomorrow to see what the results are.

*kind of hard to tell in pics, but if you zoom in on the back center belt loop you can see where the blue indigo from my lefty has transferred. Also on the button fly on the front. Pretty rad.

Thanks fellas! They are living the same timeline and lifestyle as my XHS did last year, which was constant wear in all activities from September-beginning of June. Gonna be cool to see how they compare to one another after equal time and wear.

Thanks ya’ll. I’m super stoked on how they’re coming along.
@endo 555 isn’t my cut either. This particular run was an anomaly and has the dimensions more in line with an 888, so they work perfect for my tastes. I also have the SBG 21oz, but they have much less wear. These are similar for sure…heavier and drape thicker like XHS is famed for. These are easily my favorite denims.
