Not sure how to spell this one -mother in law just smiles, nods and repeats the name of the soup when I asked for the spelling but it’s pronounced like colbit. Homemade chicken stock (unreal flavor in this stock), a kind of tapioca noodle, chicken, scallions, cilantro, lime, fish and oyster sauce. The perfect cold weather soup.
