How about a tribute UHF to the Glen Affric Tartan? The oldest known piece of tartan ever found, which was discovered in a peat bog. Uncovered about 40 years ago in a bog in Glen Affric in the Highlands, the tartan underwent rigorous testing last year to confirm it was the oldest surviving piece of the traditional patterned cloth. The Glen Affric tartan dates from 1500 to 1600, the Scottish Tartans Authority confirmed. It went on to be exhibited at the V&A Dundee.

@prosperone That would be perfect for a Fox Brothers x IH x Division Road collab.

Rib = Rest in Bog?

Whipcord painter pants. SBG painter pants.

@pechelman oooooh I would be so down for this. Or maybe indigo indigo.

Definitely would be a long way out — I would just really be psyched to see some more variation on one of the heavier denims. But yeah, it’s for sure a bit of a pipe dream, given how hard it is already to get existing stuff made.

@Brian 25 oz for the top of the hands and horsehide for the palm

Back in 2020 or so @Giles made a comment in the "Untucked" thread that IH was looking at some workshirt style CPOs. I was wondering if there's any more news?
-
was thinking that the deerskins shirts with SB would look great as a CPO

I know so many people are still looking for old flannels or shirts. I think like a "greatest hits" collection could be fun to capture some of the most sought after flannel or shirt designs of the past decade. That said, I know a lot of companies don't like to focus on the past so it might not be the best idea given the production backups as is.

I'm putting that on the table again, but just curious about how many people reading this would be interested in a heavyweight denim dog collar from IH ???

@Link-Of-Time I think that’s a great idea!
