@pechelman it's pretty frustrating for us too. It was my idea to try and normalise all cuts in all denims that we develop, rather than just doing one or two cuts in a denim. In general terms it was a good idea, but the added volume it creates in the factories means that 'less popular' denim is harder to justify.
It doesnt mean that we wont remake it down the line, but we need to prioritise others for now.

Could someone please direct me to the thread with the pics and info on the Kolesch tannery? I can’t seem to find it on the big Buck product threads.

Yep, I have seen your repeated requests, along with John Galt. We do read them, but if we make a decision to add more of a size, it takes months to trickle down into the production runs, so you need to be patient I am afraid. Also - XS is the size that we most often have to discount in the outlet, so whilst you and he (and maybe one or two others) can be disappointed when you miss out on a size in a product you want, we are also disappointed when we have to discount many XS because nobody bought the one or two we had in a particular product.

What about Doc Martens?
I have a pair of turquoise oxfords that I have recently added to my collection. I think they look great paired with denim with a cuff.

I love Docs. Frequently wear a pair of UK 8-holes in black.

I have some chelsea boots in a crazy horse leather from dr martens!

@goosehd My parents and older brothers have always worn Trickers and when I got my first pair in my mid-twenties it was considered sort of a right of passage for my family. I wore them for about five years and had two pairs of shoes and a pair of boots. While they are bomb proof, very comfy when worn in and look great, I have to agree with @neph93 and say I moved away from Trickers and more towards Red Wings because they are a little preppy.. they look great with a button down shirt, a wax Barbour or leather Belstaff but not so much with faded jeans and a battered jacket.
On a personal note, my family have always been into game shooting for pheasants/partridges etc and while I was pushed into this is as a small boy, I found I could not bring myself to kill a bird or hare and asked to not be taken again. In later life I believe I stepped away from the Trickers/wax jacket look because I weirdly associated it in my head with my family and the shooting scene.
Please note that I know that wearing a pair of Trickers does not mean you are into game shooting and they are fantastic boots if that’s your look
