@tody beautiful! enjoy the sea.

went on a short city trip to Heidelberg and amongst many other great things I of course visited the Castle to discover this massive wine cask
apparently a total of four versions were built, starting with the first in 1591 which was destroyed during the 30 years war to be used as fire wood
in the pictures you can see the fourth version built in 1751 which can hold 220.000 litres of wine. I should say COULD as it was never really water tight and was only filled completely three times.

@GraemeE first answer wins!
Currently resetting the stage after the support - I’ll post later on the live concerts thread but so far so good.
Lots of folks here who don’t look like my kind of people but this place has taught me that these are often the best people. I think I’m ready for whatever comes next!

Had to fix the private laneway in front of the house and decided on 10 yards of 3"- to do the job.
Fuck, I forgot how much 10 yards is...
Old red (the wheelbarrow) didn't want to help and the tire exploded on me.
Phoned my neighbour and he brought his tractor over to help...Thank God!!!
All done for now and will top dress this stretch with 5/8 crushed stone to smooth the entire thing out.

@goosehd looks like some good hard work!

@Tago-Mago lol…no this one is a good friend and went to school with my wife. His dad drove the school bus for a few years for our kids and the one who just went through an oral cancer battle. There’s a picture of him driving us all to the school in his Impala convertible.
Top notch family and I’m lucky to have them as friends.
…as to the dumb ass neighbour, he was there eyeing up the tractor, and thinking of jobs my buddy could do with it around his house…they don’t know each other and I can’t believe he had the gall to ask.
