Hoping knowledgable folk in here can tell me what this clip is that Josh is wearing in the image below? And what the size up might be?
Dilemma: I really love the size and aesthetic of the glasses loop - but ultimately want something with ‘clip’ functionality. I feel like a size up from the clip in this picture may be the way to go to meet these needs? ️

Looks like big eye clip

@Kasi Leg end thanks
Just googled it, and something called ‘the bottom half’ clip also came up. Looks promising too.
You have set me on the right path cheers

There isn't any thread (yet?) for the Model 31, so I'll post it here instead. I love the simplicity and elegance of the Model 31 which at first might come across as too "usual" or "standard", but is an absolute delight to wear and look at nevertheless.
Model 25 (left) vs. Model 31 (right) - photo taken on my Japan Blue Sashiko Coverall Jacket. Hope you enjoy the somewhat "artsy" photo I tried to create.

@cityofdelusion dig the photo

...Model 31 again

@cityofdelusion it really is beautifully simplistic. Works very nice on that choice of finger as well

Got myself some nice wooden tray for the GAH
-
@tobi that is a very nice wood tray, congrats. Whenever you get a minute please take a few more pics which show its full shape details.
ALERT - be forewarned that I may try to have it copied by a local woodworker friend! -
@motojobobo Funny as I was thinking the same thing! Excellent piece @Tobi
-
For real, that is some hot lathe action. Wouldn’t mind having one of those myself.
-
@motojobobo @popvulture @goosehd here some more pics... Can also be mounted on the wall as an art object. This is from a danish craftswoman.. not made it myself!
-
@Tobi thanks for the pics! The tray is way more beautiful than I realized initially…the artist has done an amazing job at choosing the piece of wood for it. It is a very ‘irregular’ piece of timber because the growth rings in the wood go in several directions. Not easy to find a piece that will end up with such a beautiful ring pattern on all those different faces. May end up being a task too big for me and my buddy woodworker.
If I give up on finding a suitable piece of wood, I may get back to you again and ask for the name/contact of the artist who made yours.
Fantastic choice of wood tray for your GAH bits!! -
@motojobobo I bet a nice piece of burl would work as well. May have to stabilize it though…
I’ve been silently thinking about this all day trying to think of any pieces of wood that I’ve seen that can be used.
@Tobi Is this artist on the internet and available to see some of their work? Truly spectacular specimen and artistically quite beautiful.
