I'd have gone over that with our mower
I did the same with my cherry in our backyard. Didn't want to, but the grass needed cut.

I've often thought about that especially wondering if I could sell them to a craft shop or florist or something. Let me know if you get inspired and want any, I have a few I can spare

@Denman-John I really do love those pruners. My wife’s family has apple orchards and for quite a few years, I always had a pair of Felco pruners close at hand. Still have a couple pairs around the house to take care of stuff in our garden.
Thanks for sharing!!

@goosehd Me too! It’s probably my favourite “tool” and is always by my side. I wore Carhartt work pants for years and they were always in my left leg pocket, as I’m left handed. I started wearing 805 overalls to work a few weeks ago and having to put them on the right side has been the biggest adjustment. Otherwise I love them for work! The cuffs pick up a lot of grass clippings and always brush them out at the end of the day. Happy gardening!
-
Ya can’t see them but I was wearing my 888S-18s under my carhartt bibs during a recent aircraft arresting system overhaul
-
Yikes careful there @choko
-
@Denman-John care to share any details on that fantastic sculpture?
-
@steelworker yeah 8500 lbs above my head makes me a little nervous haha. Hopefully the crane guys checked their straps @neph93 thank you! My buddy took it and I didn’t even know until he sent it to me
-
@neph93 I work at a sculpture park and is just one of over a hundred pieces on display.
-
@Denman-John awesome job!

I’m slowly rewiring my house from knob+tube —> romex. It’s a journey. Anyone else doing something similar? If so you might consider getting a fishing vest. It is the MacGyver move for electrical work - everything right where you need it.
