Iron Heart Split Steer Modified Type III Jacket
Black & BrownIron Heart and FourSpeed Leathers team up to create a steerhide rendition of Iron Heart’s Modified Type III Trucker Jacket. This version retains Iron Heart’s winning fit but ups the ante with a supple roughout leather. Expect plenty of texture and character upfront, with some beautiful evolution to look forward to as the jacket wears in. Finished with heavy-duty hardware, hand warmer hip pockets, and snap closure ‘gun’ pockets on the jacket’s interior. Here in Black and Brown.
Modified Type III Jacket
14oz, SuperblackIron Heart’s Modified Type III also now comes in a 14oz “Superblack” selvedge denim. This Japanese selvedge fabric is woven from a reactive-dyed warp and weft to create a colourfast finish. Perfect for anyone after a trucker jacket that will keep its jet-black appeal for the foreseeable.
From next week all Iron Heart products will see a 5% price increase. This is a decision made by Iron Heart in light of growing production costs. If you have your eye on anything then now is the chance to make a small saving before the rise comes into effect.

We’re happy to announce that our new website is now up and running.
The update mostly improves navigation and back-end functionality, but there are a few exciting additions for customers too—namely, our new Editorial section.
The Editorial section is our dedicated space for everything from lookbooks to brand interviews, product breakdowns to styling tips, fit guides to fabric deep dives. It will be your one-stop shop for short reads and long-form pieces alike. Updated monthly. It’s been two years in the making, but the launch of the new site feels like the perfect time to bring it to you.
Customers will need to reset their passwords to gain access to their accounts. Simply hit ‘Forgot Your Password?’ and follow the instructions. You can now change currencies based on location so make sure you are viewing the correct currency for your shipping location before heading to checkout.

Arrivals From Iron Heart
Indigo Overdyed Black Slubby Denim, Kersey Shirts, 21oz Truckers, Heavyweight Hoodies
We’ve had a major Iron Heart delivery this week, including the arrival of their Indigo-Overdyed-Black Slubby denim. This denim has the most pronounced texture of all of Iron Heart’s fabrics. A texture that’s intensified by first being rope-dyed indigo then dipped in a black overdye. This imparts a deep, midnight blue hue that will yield some unique fading as it breaks in and that texture really takes hold.
No shrinkage at all expected on these. Here in IH’s Slim Tapered 777 cut. Also available in classic rope-dyed Indigo
We also have two Kersey shirt options. The first is a Camel-hued Western Shirt with front and rear yoke detailing and black Permex snap buttons. Reactive dyed for a colourfast finish. The second is an indigo-dyed work shirt with gusseted side seams and a chain stitch run-off. This one’s made to fade.
Iron Heart’s best-fitting Type III style makes its return too. Their house style updates the classic trucker design with a longer body, a more tapered finish, and handwarmer pockets. All done up in an impressively heavyweight 21oz Japanese selvedge.
Finally, we have Iron Heart’s 14oz windproof loopwheeled cotton hoodie . A tough-as-nails daily driver – cosy and comfortable despite its formidable heft.

Pure Blue Japan Sashiko Jackets
Type II & Type III stylesA world of texture across two classic jacket styles. Available in modified Type II & Type III “Trucker” styles, these jackets are made from a densely textured “sashiko” fabric. The term “sashiko” means “little stabs” and refers to an intricate means of hand-repairing fabrics. This gives you some idea of the unique surface character to be enjoyed on these one-of-a-kind jackets.
Both styles are available in Double Indigo and Grey x Black. The former uses two shades of indigo for a subtle variance. The latter uses thick rows of grey-over-black stitching for maximum grayscale depth.
SMBL Selvedge Denim
14oz, Smoky Blue, Slim TaperedThe smoky blue hues of Pure Blue Japan’s SMBL denim are the result of a light indigo warp/natural white weft combo. This creates the lighter shades of indigo historically seen on the Wrangler jeans of the ‘70s. This style has been brought right up to speed with PBJ’s winning “013” Slim Tapered fit. This is PBJ’s “XX” at its core, so expect those beautiful blue tones to be matched by some serious texture.
6112 Double Slub Denim Jacket
Type IIIPure Blue Japan ups the slub to impressive highs in this super textured “Double Slub” Trucker. All the classic Type III details endure, but this style benefits from a longer body and the addition of subtle handwarmer pockets. The texture here is truly off the charts, and it will translate to some beautiful fading after the jacket clocks a few miles.
We saw lengths of this denim being woven on one of our recent trips to Tokushima. As impressive as it is in pictures, it needs to be seen up close to be fully appreciated.
Indigo x Persimmon Selvedge
15oz, Slim Tapered & Relaxed Tapered FitsPure Blue Japan’s Extra Slubby denim now comes in a copper-hued "Kakishibu" dye. Here, the denim’s warp threads have been naturally dyed using fermented persimmon fruit. This "Kakishibu" process offsets the denim’s deep indigo tones with notes of amber and reddish-brown. They’re subtle at first, but they’ll shine through as the denim breaks in. Clocking in at 15oz, it’s a solid addition to Pure Blue Japan’s already impressive extra-slubby selvedge series.
Available in PBJ’s “013” Slim Tapered and “019” Relaxed Tapered fits.
Yarn-Dyed Indigo Tees
Mid & Pale IndigoPure Blue Japan’s yarn-dyed tees are back in two shades of indigo—mid and pale. These are knit to a slubby texture using soft, long-staple cotton. The fabric already has a nicely faded look, but there’s plenty of character left to develop as it wears in. Both tees offer a slim fit but can be sized up if a relaxed look is desired.
We also have the Mid-Indigo tee in a long-sleeve style if that’s more your thing.

Shinki Horsehide, BlackRepro Americana at its slickest, this ‘50s-style Type II showcases a 1.3mm Shinki Teacore Horsehide. Widely considered one of the best tanneries in the world, Shinki dedicate themselves solely to horsehide. Their secret recipes enhance the natural beauty of their leathers – creating deep, lustrous blacks that fade to subtle browns in those high abrasion areas. Finished with classic knife pleat detailing, custom metal hardware, and contrast brown stitching.

This rope-dyed indigo selvedge is woven at low tensions and slow speeds to achieve maximum texture. It’s then cut, sewn, and steeped in black dye, creating a unique style that sits between a black and blue jean. The overdye really makes that slubby texture pop, too.

Studio D'Artisan Black Selvedge Jeans
Kurozome dyed, Relaxed TaperedStudio D’Artisan call on the century-old techniques of the Kyoto Montsuki dye house to create these “kurozome” black jeans. “Kurozome” refers to the slow process of hand dip-dyeing fabric. Each new layer of natural black pigment is built upon the last until the jeans take on a blacker-than-black finish. Even the jean’s copper hardware is coated in layers of natural dye.

This new fabric is a callback to the brand's nearly 30-year-strong roots – a textured denim with a pronounced vertical weave. It's designed to yield the unique 'doshaburi' or 'downpour' fading – so-called for its rain-like appearance. Modified Type III Trucker Jackets
16oz Indigo Slub & 14oz Double BlackIron Heart’s Modified Type III jackets are back in two proprietary denims: a 16oz slubby indigo selvedge and a 14oz double black selvedge. The latter features a black sulphur rope-dyed warp and a black sulphur-dipped weft and will fade to grey.
Both jackets are inspired by the Levi’s truckers of the ‘60s and ‘70s. All the classic details remain – from the chest pockets to the iconic “V” seams – but the fit has been tweaked to achieve a longer body and a slimmer fit overall. They’re also fitted with subtle handwarmer pockets for added utility.
Military Serge Western Shirts
Olive & GreyIron Heart’s Western shirt gets a military-grade makeover.
