@Jett129 - it may be heretical to say this but (tin hat on) I just don’t ‘get’ The Bear. I have tried to like it but just cannot get into it. I suspect that I am in a minority of one though.
+1
I refuse to watch it. The dude has a punchable face and I find celebrity kitchen culture to be contrived and uninteresting.

We have a love/hate relationship with The Bear. The kitchen chaos is very well rendered, but it’s super-stressful to watch sometimes. Other times it’s so overwrought we can’t hang. Just watched the 1st episode of season 3 last night, and it was sooo pretentious and boring. Hope it picks back up again.
My main beef with the show is I can’t believe it got put into the comedy category for awards shows, and subsequently robbed the likes of Abbott Elementary proper recognition for true comic excellence.
-
@sabergirl I don’t get the comedy classification either, but I blame that on the people that give out the awards. I’ve already watched season 3 and will wait until others have finished it to comment.

@Giles agreed on the Blue Lights. We are 4 episodes into s2 and it’s all been excellent.

More so listened to but we watched recent Netflix doc release, man of 1,000 children, on a mini road trip home yesterday. What in the actual fuck.

Presumed Innocent on Apple is worth a watch. And I also started watching My Lady Jane on Prime and really enjoying it!

@Mizmazzle shogun is so awesome, I will watch it for a second time

Late to it but everyone who gave baby reindeer a shout out a couple months
Binged it this weekend and fairly certain it’ll be one of those that lingers. -
Has anyone by any chance seen a show,on Amazon Prime, called Jury Duty? The set up is an alleged documentary on what it's like to be on a jury, but everyone, but this one guy, is an actor. They remind you of this at the beginning of every episode. Just brilliantly done and quite funny at times. Just one season.
