IH-777S-18 - 18oz Vintage Selvedge Denim Slim Tapered Cut Jeans - Indigo
-
Slapping this here.
-
New pair is 555, but love the contrast between new & worn.
-
@RoxRocks86 cool shots Rox…fun to see how much denim can change with evo
-
@RoxRocks86 These roll-ups look really cool, I'm usually used to really big thick roll-ups on denim but this ever so slightly more subtle approach actually works SO well in this cut!
-
With my new tether soaking up the indigo
-
@RoxRocks86 Beautiful fades how much did your jeans shrink after washing them?
-
@Goz Should be none as they are: Sanforized and one-washed - no shrinkage to be expected
You can find the information on shrinkage in the details area of the product page: https://www.ironheart.co.uk/bottoms/IH-777S-18.html

@goosehd thank you I just bought a pair in the 666 cut and it fits perfect hoping it stays that way after washing them
-
@Alex ok thanks I'm definitely going to do that!
-
@SKT right?! Scrolling thru the evo thread as well as the various denim threads never gets old!
@Travis love cuffs of all sizes especially when they show off the chainstitch hem, some fading on the selvedge, & roping if they develop.
@Goz as mentioned not much shrinkage if at all. But I will add that I tend to wash & dry aggressively on medium-high spin which did cause slight tightening in the waist but of course it stretched back to starting measurement and then some, and about 1/4” shorter on the inseam.

@RoxRocks86 thank you very much!!
-
Absolutely adore this denim! Freshly washed & dried couldn’t wait to wear them.
-
@RoxRocks86 something special about the way these feel after a wash. They have such a unique feel in hand, almost warm with their subtle texture.

Fresh out off the wash and ready for the party next week -
@Peter. Both are great choices but very different. The one oz difference in weight is very deceiving. The 19 leftie is much stiffer, feels alot heavier and it will give you more high contrast fades because of that character. The 18 is softer more pliable and gives those nice vintage fades. You can't go wrong with either choice. The 19L always has my vote though.
